You guys. This camera. I can’t even begin to describe how great it is.
It makes me want to take pictures of everything. EVERYTHING.
Including my food! (but natural daylight is so much better, don’t you agree?)
Part of my recovery includes listening to my cravings and responding to them. Today, I woke up craving bananas and peanut butter and pumpkin.
BANANA PEANUT BUTTER PUMPKIN OAT BRAN…with Almond buttah as well.
1/2 c oat bran
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 whipped banana
1/2 c almond milk
1/4 c pumpkin
1 tsp Sugar in the Raw (I was out of stevia)
On top? 1 tsp agave nectar, 2 tbsps Trader Joe’s Peanut Flour mixed with water, 1/2 tbsp Justin’s Maple Almond Butter, and the rest of the banana.
Holy crap. Can I eat this every single day for the rest of my natural life, please? Although next time I won’t use the pumpkin. Couldn’t even taste it. And next time I must salt the peanut flour…’twas kind of bland without salt! Or maybe I’m just used to the Sunflower Seed butter?
And it definitely filled me up…it’s three hours later and I’m still full! However I think it’s digested enough that I can probably go on the elliptical without cramping. Thank goodness.
Just….ahhhh. The camera. I am in love. The detail. THE DETAIL.
